Job summary

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years frontline development experience in collegiate athletics or higher education advancement.
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge, ticketing systems and Adobe software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate and solicit donor prospects to meet NCCU Athletics fundraising goals.
  • Lead moves management, prospect screening and donor stewardship with Institutional Advancement.
  • Supervise Development Office staff and interns; participate on Executive Leadership Team.
  • Collaborate on NIL initiatives, RevShare programs and donor communications.
