Qualifications

• Proven track record in major and principal gift fundraising.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing advancement teams.
• Strong relationship-building with donors, volunteers and university leadership.
• Experience developing and implementing fund‑raising strategies.
• Knowledge of multiple fundraising programs (annual, capital, planned giving).

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy to secure philanthropic support for institutional priorities.
• Develop measurable goals with senior leadership and align with university priorities.
• Strengthen major/principal gifts pipeline and donor engagement.
• Provide guidance to development staff and ensure coordinated efforts.
• Monitor progress and adjust fundraising plans to meet targets.
