Job summary

Responsibilities include one-on-one coaching, coordinating with OAR and TLC, and developing comprehensive academic support. The position is on-campus, with some night and weekend hours, in a 43-week, 40-hour work schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Experience coaching or advising student-athletes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic coaching to Bucknell student-athletes.
• Develop individualized study plans in collaboration with OAR.
• Coordinate with Teaching and Learning Center and campus partners.
• Assist with data gathering and reporting on student progress.
• Support travel letters and student leadership programs.
