Qualifications

• Certified Athletic Trainer (NATA, BOC) or licensed Physical Therapist.
• 3–5 years of team sport or elite athlete experience post licensure.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong communication with coaches, staff, athletes, physicians.
• Able to ski and snowboard at intermediate to advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Provide athlete treatment and rehabilitation services.
• On hill coverage of all training and competitions.
• Documentation, communication, and facilitation of athlete medical management.
• Coordination with U.S. Ski & Snowboard staff and volunteer medical providers.
• Participation in injury prevention, risk mitigation, and performance medicine projects.
• Assist with insurance claims and administrative duties as needed.
