You will drive elite performance in women’s freeski slopestyle and halfpipe, monitor loads, design development opportunities, and progress technique, while working with a team across camps and Center of Excellence. This role is specifically dedicated to driving elite, international performance within our women’s freeski slopestyle and halfpipe programs. Responsibilities include monitoring load volume, designing skill development opportunities, improving landing mechanics, and progressing fundamental ski and air technique. The objective is augmented performance with reduced injury rates. This is a new role that will require research and development to create a comprehensive program around these objectives, working with all other coaches for safe on‑hill progression and support at camps, contests, and the Center of Excellence with the USSS High Performance team.
