Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey ATC license required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Degree from accredited Athletic Training Education Program.
• Familiarity with coding procedures and clinical pharmacology.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle PTO requests and department coverage.
• Lead Thursday morning PE meetings.
• Ensure proper DME distribution.
• Assist bi-weekly billing calls and timeliness.
• Keep team updated on policy/procedure changes.
• Assist onboarding of new PE/MA hires.
• Serve as PE/MA department contact for questions.
• Ensure adequate staffing and role execution.
• Support patient retention with excellent service.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director on appointments.
• Record patient vitals, history, test results with confidentiality.
• Post-procedure follow-up the day after to assess recovery.
• Prepare exam/procedure rooms with supplies and setup.
• Assist physicians during procedures and anticipate needs.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families.
• Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with Medical Team for patient questions and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with Location Supervisor on scheduling and confirmations.
• Maintain presentation standards of evaluation rooms.
• Complete no less than 10 Clinical Mentorships weekly in region.
• Review KPIs with teams and enforce Alliance protocols.
• Monitor admin time across teams.
