PAY RATE: $21.16 - $31.74 BASED ON RELEVANT EXPERIENCE + $2.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

This role is a licensed athletic trainer who is highly skilled and motivated to support Blessing Health Orthopedic practice. The athletic trainer will work closely with orthopedic physicians, providers, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients with a focus on casting/splinting, rehabilitation, and patient education. This role involves assisting with clinical evaluations, rehabilitation planning, and post-operative care, as well as providing support during patient consultations and treatments. The athletic trainer complies with the Code of Ethics/Standards of Practice as outlined by their professional organization and the State of Illinois. This position includes direct patient care, teaching, participation on appropriate committees, and departmental process improvement. The Athletic Trainer serves in all aspects of professional, clinical, communication, education, and leadership activities.
