Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of athletic events and programs
• Scheduling and performance management
• Oversee daily operations of athletic facilities, ensuring safety standards are maintained and equipment is properly managed
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal departments to facilitate event logistics and venue setup
• Develop reports on program participation, event outcomes, and operational metrics for management review
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest experience
