Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of financial compliance experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and Sun Belt policies preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to educate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of NCAA Bylaw 15 financial aid.
• Monitor and document policies and procedures for athletic aid.
• Maintain compliance systems with regulatory changes.
• Notify Athletics staff of potential compliance issues.
• Assist in determining student-athlete eligibility for federal and athletic aid.
• Disburse athletic aid via Banner and set up fund codes.
• Coordinate with Athletics Compliance Office to ensure scholarship limits.
• Process NCAA reports and annual aid submissions.
• Serve as a contact for student-athletes and families regarding aid.
• Attend to related duties and schedule.
