Responsibilities

• Greet patrons with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer questions in person and over the phone.
• Provide facility tours and orientations to new visitors.
• Issue and collect recreational equipment.
• Conduct patron counts to monitor facility usage.
• Ensure equipment is properly returned and organized.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as folding towels and cleaning weight stations.
• Assist with facility setup and teardown for programs and events.
• Report hazards and maintain a safe environment.
• Return equipment to storage in an orderly manner.
