Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business across Northern California for athletic surfaces and construction. This hunter role focuses on selling turf fields, tracks, and courts to K-12 schools, private institutions, and municipalities.

The ideal candidate has established relationships in the Northern California athletics community, strong presentation skills, and the energy to spend significant time in the field developing new business.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in athletics-related roles (administration, coaching, facilities, turf sales, etc.).
• Strong network within K-12 schools, private schools, municipalities, or athletic organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Northern California territory through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Sell athletic construction projects (courts, tracks, turf fields) to key decision-makers.
• Travel ~4 days per week within Northern California for meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Own the sales process through contract execution and coordinate with contracts/ops teams.
