Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and effective communication.

• Knowledge of NCAA/NOCSAE rules and university procurement practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget processes, procurement, and equipment/branding for selected sports.
• Coordinate ordering windows, campus visits, and contract-compliant orders.
• Manage equipment room operations, inventory, and staffing.
• Maintain electronic inventory program and adhere to NCAA guidelines.
• Develop uniforms and branded gear with coaches and staff, ensuring policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
