Job summary

University of California, Davis is seeking a staff member to support the day-to-day operations of 25 sports in the Athletics Equipment Room. The role covers equipment, apparel, laundry and locker room duties, serving student-athletes, coaches and staff at Hickey Gym and Pavilion Arena.

Position features on-site work, 100% time, and a salary range of $46,500 to $47,500 annually, commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Equipment operations experience working in Division I Athletics and/or professional sports.
• Experience performing general repairs and maintenance on athletic apparel and equipment.
• Computer skills to utilize programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and inventory on Macintosh/PC.
• Organizational and time management skills; strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to maintain composure in a high-energy environment and solve problems.

Responsibilities
