Job summary

The City of Euless, TX is seeking a Concession/Athletic Coordinator to manage daily concession operations at The Parks at Texas Star and to assist in planning athletic leagues. You will supervise seasonal staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health regulations, while coordinating equipment, safety training, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Leisure studies, Physical Education, or related field preferred with 2–3 years of athletic/concession experience.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver’s license with good driving record and be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Certification and Food Manager Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily concession operations at The Parks at Texas Star.
• Supervises, hires, motivates, and trains seasonal and part-time staff; ensures policy compliance.
• Maintains inventory and assists in ordering; checks deliveries and completes end-of-month inventory.
