The City of Euless, TX is seeking a part-time Manager on Duty (Parks) to assist in operating The Parks at Texas Star Complexes and cover management in the absence of senior athletic staff. This role involves supervising concession stand staff, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring high customer service standards.
You will handle daily sales records, secure the facility after hours, perform safety checks, and maintain facilities.
Under general direction, the Manager on Duty (Parks - PT) assists with the overall operation of The Parks at Texas Star Complexes and manages operations in the absence of the Athletic Manager, Athletic Supervisor, or the Athletic Coordinator (Concessions).
High school diploma or equivalent, plus six (6) months of experience in customer service or related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Must be 21 years of age. Must have a valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record.
Frequent sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching are required. Repetitive movement of the wrist and fingers during computer data input is required. Maintains static posture during sitting. 50-100% computer use. Occasional lifting loads up to 35 lbs.; carrying 35 lbs. up to 50 feet; pushing/pulling 50 lbs.; gripping/rotating hand tools up to 15 lbs.; stair/step climbing; working in outside temperatures, including excess heat, cold, and precipitation.
Pre-employment screening includes, but is not limited to, Drug Screen, Physical Examination, Credit Check, Motor Vehicle Review, and applicable Background Checks.
