Job summary

Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is seeking a friendly Athletic Club Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will greet members and guests, handle clerical tasks, and support cashiering operations with a welcoming attitude.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, typing and phone skills, and basic MS Office knowledge. We offer a starting rate of $17 per hour plus on-property benefits and flexible scheduling to fit seasonal demand.

Ensure a quality experience for all our members and guests.Reporting and AccountabilityThe Athletic Club Receptionist reports to and is accountable to the Athletic Club Manager.AuthorityThe Athletic Club Receptionist has the support and authority necessary to carry out the responsibilities and tasks described in this job description and other responsibilities of the Athletic Club, as delegated by the Manger.Physical RequirementsAdequate physical agility to perform physical tasks required to operate the Athletic Club.Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 45 lbs.Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend and kneel.Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and read instructionsEducational RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Other RequirementsClerical skills including typing.Telephone skills.Basic knowledge of all Athletic Club facilities and equipment.Ability to handle cashiering functionsAbility to handle several tasks at once.Computer software (MS Office) skills.Work Hours and DaysThe Athletic Club Receptionist’s work hours and days are variable and must be adaptable to seasonal and other variations in business, and responsibilities as part of the Athletic Club’s staff.
