The Athletic Club at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is hiring Certified Personal Trainers to deliver motivating, custom fitness sessions for members. Flex hours and commission-based pay, with membership to the Athletic Club and Pool included.

The role demands educating clients, promoting club programs, and maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Minimum 1 year fitness experience; a bachelor’s in exercise science/kinesiology is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of fitness experience required.
• 4 year degree in exercise science/kinesiology preferred.
• First Aid, CPR/AED certifications a plus.
• Strong fitness knowledge and ability to build relationships through life changing results.

CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERSThe Athletic Club at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is looking to hire Personal Trainers!The hours are flexible, compensation is commission based and includes a membership to the Athletic Club and Pool!The Athletic Club is open Year Round!PRIMARY FUNCTION:Provide motivating custom fitness and training sessions for clients.Educate clients and encourage safe fitness practices.Maintain an inspiring, safe and enjoyable atmosphere with exceptional guest service.Committed to meeting the needs of members and guests.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Ability to demonstrate the correct use of all weight and cardiovascular equipment and tailor sessions based on fitness evaluations as well as needs and goals.Assist with development and promotion of club programs and events.Maintain a positive attitude at all timesEncourage members to meet their fitness and wellness goals.Address concerns and complaints quickly and professionally.Demonstrate a passion for fitness.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 1 year of fitness experience required.4 year degree in exercise science/kinesiology, preferred.Passion for fitness.Current accredited personal training certificationsOther certifications a plus: spinning, yoga, Pilates and other group fitness certificationsStrong fitness knowledge and ability to build relationships through life changing results.Strong knowledge of athletic club equipment and safety procedures.First Aid, CPR/AED certifications a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Be able to demonstrate proper use of equipment, both verbally and physically.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk and hear.
