Job summary

Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge and Pool Inc. is seeking a part-time Athletic Club Receptionist to deliver outstanding service to members and guests while promoting the Club and the resort. You will handle clerical tasks, cashiering, and multi-task in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, with compensation starting at $17.00 per hour and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical skills including typing.
• Telephone skills.
• Basic knowledge of all Athletic Club facilities and equipment.
• Ability to handle cashiering functions
• Ability to handle several tasks at once.
• Computer software (MS Office) skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Athletic Club members and guests.
• Promote the Athletic Club and Glenwood Hot Springs.
• Ensure a quality experience for all members and guests.
• Perform receptionist duties and clerical tasks, including cashiering.
• Support and adapt to seasonal variations in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
