Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience appearing at the WCAB, preferably at Santa Ana; applicant-side experience strongly preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of California Labor Code and WCAB procedural rules.
• Experience handling virtual appearances and familiarity with EAMS.

Responsibilities

• Appear virtually at Mandatory Settlement Conferences (MSCs) and Status Conferences (SCs) before the Santa Ana WCAB.
• Review case files, pleadings, and medical reports prior to hearings.
• Prepare Pre-Trial Conference Statements and ensure compliance with WCAB procedural requirements.
