Responsibilities

• Handle status conferences, MSCs, priority and lien conferences.
• Prepare PTCS, negotiate liens, move files to resolution.
• Maintain a caseload sized to be done well, not a 300-file treadmill.
• Your work is reviewed by the attorney whose name goes on it.
