Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as a Hearing Representative in California Workers' Compensation Defense.
• Solid working knowledge of CA Workers' Compensation law.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse caseload of lien files end-to-end.
• Negotiate liens and complete settlement documents.
• Appear before judges at MSCs, Status Conferences, and Walk-Through settlements.
