Overview:We’re hiring a people-focused, organized professional to support client onboarding, sales follow-up, and government program coordination. This role blends customer service with backend tracking and is key to helping both athletes and franchisees succeed.
Sales & Appointment Setting:
- Respond to new leads and schedule discovery calls
- Explain programs, answer questions, and book free trials
- Track leads in Glofox and send updates to franchisees
- Help turn trial athletes into paying members
- Reconnect with old or inactive leads
- Send daily reports on lead activity and results
Compensation:
- $36,000 base salary per year, plus a generous bonus structure tied to athlete conversion performance.
Government Program Coordination:
- Help franchisees enroll in government funding programs
- Stay current on program rules and documents
- Track athlete progress and compliance paperwork
- Report on trends and help improve the process
What You Need:
- 4+ years in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and organization skills
- CRM experience (Glofox is a bonus)
- Knowledge of Medicaid or waivers is a plus
- Able to work in person daily in Allen, TX
- Great at multitasking and managing time
