Entry Level Sales Coordinator (B2B Marketing) Overview:
ebbo is seeking an entry level, results-oriented Sales Coordinator who will be an integral member of our Business Development team.This role will provide administrative support to the business development team and B2B marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door and grow in a fast-paced business development and sales setting!

Duties and Responsibilities of Entry Level Sales Coordinator (B2B Marketing):

  • Act as a client manager for brokers and resellers, ensuring smooth communication and support.
  • Assist in B2B marketing efforts, including social media content creation and scheduling.
  • Support SEO optimization of the brand website to improve search rankings and visibility.
  • Support content creation for marketing campaigns, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and update CRM with lead and customer data to support the Business Development (BD) team.
  • Track and manage all BD priorities, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
  • Organize trade show events, including logistics, materials, and coordination with vendors.
  • Maintain and distribute marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Optimize SEM campaigns for ebbo brand
  • Submit creative tickets for presentations and other event /B2B collateral

Skills and Experience of Entry Level Sales Coordinator (B2B Marketing):

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Marketing or previous sales experience may be helpful but is not required for this role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint; specifically Excel experience with comfort in execution of formulas and analyzing metrics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem solver
  • Customer service oriented and able to pivot communication styles based on audience

The base salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
