• Onboards and trains new team members as subject matter expert for store processes to drive productivity.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged.
• Upholds merchandising standards and follows floor plans, signage, pricing, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promotes participation in company programs and services such as loyalty, warranties, and private label credit enrollment.
• Creates an inclusive store environment with respect for teammates and athletes, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
