Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and deliver accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for athletes to purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label enrollment).
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
