Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide accurate product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as SME in their store area.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and engagement occurs as requested.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, pricing, and replenishment.
• Promotes participation in loyalty, warranties, and private label programs.
• Fosters a respectful store environment, adhering to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
