Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Event Associate to support in-store sport events and clinics, partnering with the Field Lead to deliver athlete-first experiences. You will help engage customers with thoughtful product recommendations and run activities that showcase local programs and sponsorships.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Customer-service oriented and personable.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the highest level of customer service and promote loyalty programs.
• Assist Field Lead/Coach with field programming and events.
• Build relationships with local schools and community groups.
• Collaborate with Community Team to bring clinics and camps to the Field.
• Provide teammate training and coaching to deliver the store vision.
• Adapt priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to loss prevention standards and promote promotions.
• Share product knowledge to offer consultative advice.
