Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of team members and shares expert knowledge in designated areas.
• Executes merchandising, pricing, and inventory processes to ensure product availability.
• Maintains store standards for presentation and signage and supports loyalty programs.
• Contributes to a welcoming and respectful store environment for teammates and athletes.
• Adheres to all safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and external guidelines.
