• Strong report writing and coordination with local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors store activity and deters theft while following company standards.
• Completes detailed incident reports in LPMS for recoveries and shoplifting events.
• Promotes an inclusive in-store environment where teammates and customers feel safe and respected.
• Assists in enforcing safety and operational controls and MES execution.
