Qualifications

• 1- 3 years of prior LP or educational experience in Loss Prevention preferred

Responsibilities

• Mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and execution of key operational programs.
• Model customer engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all customers.
• Assist in monitoring store compliance with policies related to safety, operational controls and MES execution.
• Maintain detailed incident reports in LPMS for recoveries, shoplifting events, and grab & go activity.
• Follow up with local authorities for after-the-fact external case resolution and prosecution.
• Create an inclusive in-store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Requires 100% ability to walk the sales floor, stockrooms and office areas during shifts.
• Deescalate incidents involving confrontation by athletes exhibiting concerning behavior.
• Promote and support Loss Prevention programs and participate in Shrink Coach activities.
