DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Loss Prevention Lead in the Town of Amherst, NY area. The role focuses on reducing losses through proactive theft deterrence, customer engagement, and adherence to safety standards.

You’ll document incidents, assist with investigations, and support store-wide loss prevention programs. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of LP experience, strong observational skills, and the ability to deescalate tense situations.

Formación

• 1–3 years of prior LP experience preferred.
• Ability to deescalate incidents and manage risk.
• Familiarity with loss prevention procedures and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Mitigate losses by deterring theft and engaging customers.
• Monitor store compliance with safety policies and MES.
• Assist in investigations and coordinate with local authorities.
• Complete incident reports in LPMS with accuracy.
• Support store Shrink Coach and training sessions.
• Create an inclusive, safe in-store environment for all.
• Conduct MES sweeps and routine safety checks.
