• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and guiding product recommendations.
• Onboards and trains new teammates, acting as SME for store processes.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, floor plans, and price changes.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and warranties.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety and policies.
