Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and related offerings.
• Maintains a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety and procedures.
