• Demonstrated experience leading front desk or studio operations.
• Ability to track revenue and membership metrics.

• Highly organized with attention to detail and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Cover 3–4 studio shifts per week; start at 20 hours/week with growth.
• Lead front desk operations and athlete experience during shifts.
• Prepare weekly performance reports on utilization, revenue, and membership growth.
• Drive membership and package sales through proactive outreach and conversations.
• Oversee scheduling, communications, and vendor coordination; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Participate in on-site local business outreach (1 full day per week) and 1–2 pop-up events monthly.
