Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Sales Teammate to help athletes find the right products and provide personalized service in our store. You will learn product features, share recommendations, and contribute to a team-focused environment that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

You'll greet customers, build connections, support merchandising standards, and promote loyalty programs and protection plans while representing the brand with enthusiasm and integrity on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
