Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention and SOPs, including applicable laws and guidelines of external entities.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform other tasks as assigned.
