Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, a mix of profit & non-profit experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning all DSG-led events, including budgeting and staffing.
• Become an expert on event space capabilities and configurations.
• Manage event reservations scheduling tool and coordinate hiring referees if applicable.
• Coordinate event entertainment and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Build relationships with local schools, community organizations, sports leagues, home school organizations, and vendors.
• Provide a high-touch, innovative experience for seasonal programming.
