Job summary

Atlean World is seeking a German-speaking CX agent for a Retail sector role based in Athens, Greece. You will answer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, solving problems and ensuring positive customer experiences while complying with brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German with strong English, possess excellent communication and listening skills, and can multitask across tools. EU/Greek work eligibility is required; relocation housing support is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German with strong English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking.
• Patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• EU passport or Greek work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude.
• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with.
• Following brand guidelines and quality standards on every interaction.
• Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems.
• Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide.
