Atlean World is recruiting an Italian Fashion Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens, Greece. You will help customers by phone, chat, and email, ensuring friendly, solution-focused support while adhering to brand standards.

The role requires fluent Italian and strong English, good communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask across systems. A European Union resident or Greek work permit is required, with shift availability.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude.
• Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems.
• Follow brand guidelines and quality standards on every interaction.
• Work closely with team to keep improving the service provided.
