Job summary

CloseKnit MSO is seeking a Junior IT Systems Engineer to provide technical support and routine systems administration in a HIPAA-compliant healthcare setting, with a focus on athenaOne EHR support. You will troubleshoot IT systems, support Microsoft 365, Intune, and network infrastructure, and assist with athenaOne user administration and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a help desk or systems administration role, ideally in healthcare.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Intune, and network management tools like Meraki.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite; basic macOS troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience supporting athenaOne including user administration and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware and software issues using Zendesk.
Assist in managing network devices and services (AD, Azure, Intune, Meraki).
Support Admin tasks for athenaOne user accounts and configurations.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and escalate complex issues to the EHR administrator.
