Responsibilities

• Run equipment on PVF property to assist with hay/straw pickups.

• Provide strong communication and interpersonal support to customers.
• Assist with hay deliveries and drive PVF trucks to unload hay when needed.
• Support both store and delivery operations as required.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace in both office and warehouse areas.
• Assist with order entry, scheduling, and clerical duties.
• Contribute to general PVF team tasks and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Farm Customer Support to support both our feed store and hay deliveries. This hybrid role balances physical outdoor tasks (like loading feed and hay) with clerical duties and face-to-face customer service.

Schedule & Hours

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Availability: Occasional Saturday (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) shifts may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Running equipment on PVF property to help with larger hay/straw pickups.
• Accurately select and pull bagged feed/products to fulfill customer orders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that splits time between an office setting and a warehouse/yard.
• Enter customer orders into the computer system efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency for order entry and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for helping customers.
• Helping with hay deliveries. Driving PVF trucks to customers to unload hay.
• Any additional support that might be needed.
