Pleasant View Farms Inc. is seeking a reliable Farm Customer Support to assist both our feed store and hay deliveries. This hybrid role balances outdoor loading tasks with clerical duties and face-to-face customer service.

The position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and basic computer proficiency for order entry. Hours are weekdays with occasional Saturday shifts to match business needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable, customer-oriented approach to assisting feed store customers and hay deliveries.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with office and yard tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency for order entry and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment on PVF property to assist with hay/straw pickups.
• Accurately pull bagged feed/products to fulfill customer orders.
• Enter customer orders into the computer system efficiently.
• Provide strong communication and interpersonal support to customers.
• Assist with hay deliveries and drive PVF trucks to unload hay when needed.
• Support both store and delivery operations as required.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace in both office and warehouse areas.
• Assist with order entry, scheduling, and clerical duties.
• Contribute to general PVF team tasks and customer satisfaction.
