Qualifications

• Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related.
• Strong hands-on Java and Python programming skills.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Understanding of semiconductor test equipment and V93000 platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop ATE test programs (Java) for SOC digital devices on Advantest 93k testing platform.
• Support customers on debugging and resolving SmarTest SW issues.
• Write scripts/tools (perl/python) and adopt AI solutions to improve process quality and time to market.
• Train customers on new SW/HW solutions from R&D and the Advantest ADC.
• Collaborate with R&D and external teams on customer requirements for next-gen solutions.
• Communicate Advantest strengths, solutions, and roadmap to customers, addressing daily technical challenges.
• Prepare and execute pre-sales activities including presentations and benchmarks.
• Push and roll out new products (hardware/software) at customer sites for 93k business.
