Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a defense electronics background for a hands-on role in Franklin, North Carolina. You will design, integrate, troubleshoot, and sustain advanced ATE systems used in radar, RF, avionics, and military electronics projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in radar, RF, electronics, or test systems engineering.
• Hands‑on ATE, hardware‑in‑the‑loop, RF instrumentation, or automated test experience.
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate ATE systems for radar, RF, avionics, and electronic assemblies.
• Integrate instrumentation and support automated testing using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#, or similar.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system interfaces across new and legacy test systems.
• Support depot repair, production testing, verification, obsolescence mitigation, and system sustainment.
