Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Radar Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting advanced radar systems in a mission-critical DoD environment. The role is on-site at Patuxent River, MD, requiring an active clearance and a track record in radar design, integration, and performance optimization.

You will coordinate with OEMs, lead SETR processes, and develop innovative solutions to enhance radar capabilities across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in radar systems engineering.
• Deep understanding of radar systems and data link technologies (Link-16, TTNT, Link-22; Growler experience preferred).
• Proven ability to work with OEMs and cross-functional teams to improve system performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and optimize radar technologies to enhance warfighter capabilities.
• Manage the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process.
• Collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional engineering teams to improve radar performance.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve radar performance across platforms.
