Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related engineering field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, yield engineering, or technology development.
• Experience using data analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies to drive process improvement and manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in assigned semiconductor manufacturing process areas.
• Support DRAM development, technology transfer, process ramp, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with equipment, manufacturing, integration, quality, and other cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues impacting safety, quality, yield, productivity, and cost.
• Lead improvement projects addressing yield, defectivity, process capability, productivity, cost, and risk reduction.
• Apply SPC, data analytics, and engineering fundamentals to optimize process performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support process qualifications, technology transfers, new equipment installations, and manufacturing ramp activities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve engineering productivity and accelerate problem solving.
