Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor process data analysis and yield optimization.
• Proven ability to drive technology transfers and cross-site collaboration.
• Experience with CIP, design IDs, and inline process monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology transfers between sites (Taiwan and Virginia).
• Lead yield performance and variation analyses to identify root causes.
• Drive CIP and technical conversions to improve yield, quality, and cycle time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PEE, RDA, QA) to ensure transfer quality.
• Develop plans to shorten yield learning cycles and report results.
• Collaborate with IT/SMAI and central teams to improve yield monitoring and forecast systems.
