Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of data analysis using JMP, Python, or similar tools.
• Experience with AI/machine learning to enhance data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor probe yields and trends to identify yield excursions and gaps.
• Perform advanced data analysis and develop yield paretos to prioritize issues.
• Apply statistical methods to identify root causes and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Failure Analysis, Process Integration, and Process Engineering teams to drive issue resolution.
• Share best practices and automation approaches to improve yield across teams.
