Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Staff Engineer to start up, develop and optimize manufacturing equipment processes, with focus on yield improvement, cost reduction and reliability.

You will analyze data, lead cross-functional teams and support audits. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics and 5 years progressive post-baccalaureate experience; strong SPC, fault detection, and problem-solving skills; experience in semiconductor manufacturing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Start up, develop and optimize equipment processes to improve product quality and reliability.
• Lead/y participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Analyze data to drive equipment optimization and process stability.
• Coordinate design review and qualification activities for new product introduction and manufacturing readiness.
