Job summary

SAIC is seeking Tower Air Traffic Control Instructors to join the Controller Training Solutions team onsite at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves hands-on instruction and delivering high-quality training to developmental ATC students in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have FAA CPC or military equivalent certification, a high school diploma, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• FAA CPC certification or military equivalent is required with ability to obtain Instructor-II Simulation Laboratory Certification.
• Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on ATC training to developmental students at the FAA Academy.
• Demonstrate and maintain up-to-date ATC procedures and simulation systems.
• Obtain and maintain Instructor-II Simulation Laboratory Certification.
• Coordinate with FAA personnel to meet training needs and facility requirements.
